Middlesex is also a two-time recipient of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. The awards are each a reflection of our success in growing our operations overseas. In 2007 Middlesex was awarded Skillset Media Academy status by the UK Government Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills. This award recognises the excellence and forward-looking nature of our media-related courses. Middlesex brings related subjects together into six schools. Our schools allow the cross-pollination of ideas and expertise from teaching, research and knowledge transfer. Middlesex University Mauritius Branch Campus (MUMBC) currently offers programmes from five of the six schools.
